To ensure your trade fair presence runs smoothly, we have compiled the most important questions and answers regarding glass ordering, delivery, and our services at ProWein. Here you will find all relevant information – from pricing and exchange to your on-site contact. Should your question not be addressed, we are, of course, also available to assist you personally.
What Do the Prices Refer to?
The stated rental prices apply for the entire duration of ProWein. This means you pay the indicated amount once for the complete exhibition period – regardless of how often the glasses are exchanged or replenished during this time. No additional costs will be incurred by you, as long as the agreed services are adhered to.
How Does the Exchange Work?
To ensure your stand is always equipped with clean and flawless glasses, we exchange them at regular intervals. This service follows a fixed schedule, so you do not have to concern yourself with it. Our team handles the exchange directly at your stand, discreetly and reliably, to ensure that operations on your exhibition area are not disturbed.
When Does the Exchange Take Place?
The regular exchange of glasses typically occurs every 1.5 to 2 hours. This ensures that you and your guests always have fresh glasses available. Should your demand be higher – for example, at very well-attended stands or during special program items – please feel free to contact us at any time. In such cases, we will arrange for a faster exchange.
Why Can't I Order just 1 Rack?
Our service and pricing are designed for a minimum order quantity of 2 racks. This is necessary to efficiently organize logistical processes, as well as cleaning and exchange. With two racks, we ensure that sufficient glasses are always available and that you do not encounter shortages. A single rack would not guarantee this standard.
When Will the Glasses be Delivered and Collected?
The glasses will be reliably delivered directly to your stand one day before the start of the trade fair. This provides you with ample time to prepare everything at your leisure. After the trade fair concludes, we will collect the glasses on the last day of the fair, after the event ends. You do not need to concern yourself with anything – delivery and collection are part of our comprehensive service.
I Made a Mistake in My Order – how Can I Change it?
Should you have made an error in your order or wish to make an adjustment, we kindly request that you inform us of the changes in writing via email. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth process. Please send your message to: exhibition@eventrent.de. Our team will then process your order adjustment as quickly as possible.
What Happens with Damaged Glasses?
It is always possible for a glass to break or go missing during ongoing trade fair operations. After the fair, all glasses are counted and inspected in our warehouse. Damaged or missing glasses are documented and sorted out there. Only after this thorough inspection will a decision be made regarding whether and to what extent costs will be incurred by you.
Who Can We Contact in Emergencies?
To ensure you always have a direct line to us, even amidst the busy trade fair schedule, you will receive the contact details of your personal contact person well in advance of the fair’s commencement. This individual will be available to assist you promptly and straightforwardly with any questions, short-notice requests, or unexpected situations that may arise during the fair.
